I can vouch personally for the difference a daily meditation can bring to your life, even as little as 10 minutes a day to start with, so here are a few of my favourite focussing techniques:

 

Consciously taking the time to raise your energy levels is a must, and here is a list of ways to do just that, each one of these tips can be used in tandem and each one of them is important

 

Hereby pledge to take time off and get the rest I need to be all that I can be, rather than feel I must keep working and become tired and unmotivated.

 

When we are in our ‘second attention’ that place where thoughts flow and understanding comes from having an infinite view of the infinite choices we have laid before us and we create our reality from this place allowing life to form around us from conscious decisions made in this state – WOW!
