The part of the story that I know most of you want hear is about the Multiple Sclerosis that put me in a wheelchair for 3 years and how I overcame it.

Stepping out of your boundary zones and breaking through your barriers to success often means moving through fear and doing something you have never done before and learning something new, it does not mean dishonouring yourself though.

“The Defining Factor is never resources it is resourcefullness” “If we get the right emotion we can do anything!”

There are times in life when no matter how evolved you believe you are, no matter how logically or enlightened you try to think – you are suddenly confronted with your human-ness.

Like me you might even be skirting around the edges of it on a path that crosses over your true path often, and when the path your are on cross over the path to your potential you feel that yearning, that tug at your heart and even look down that road

Your very imperfection is what makes you perfect and believe me it is a lot easier just being yourself warts, Aaaarrrrgggghhh days and all than pretending or trying to live up to your idea of others expectations.

…begin to create your life by assigning a reason and a meaning to the events in your life, preferably a positive one, allow that positive lesson to allow that sense of being a victim of the events in your life to lift.

…at all times when a person you love or know is going through a tough time rather than trying your best to make them feel better, just be there. Let them know you are here for them “I am here.” Let them know you hear them “I hear you.” This allows them to know that someone sees them, “I see you.”

Asking yourself questions is the key to getting the life of your dreams as it helps you to cut through all your own blocks and boundaries, you know the ones; those boundaries that produce the thoughts of doubt and disbelief just when you want to move forward in life and create a different result.
